Two
production plants, both equipped with modern technology,
that have already been in compliance with European
standards for years, symbolise the company's production
potential. The main plant carries out all the tasks
related to swine slaughter, selection and preparation of
the meat, and the production of fresh and matured
charcuterie.

The entire process employs technologically advanced
instrumentation that ensures precision control - and thus
guarantees product quality and authenticity. Furthermore,
after concentrating for years on the need to specialise
and exalt traditional Tuscan cotti products, the company
has established a plant dedicated exclusively to the
production of roasted cotti and traditional Tuscan
soprassata bagged in natural jute. A top quality
foodstuff range, then, that lost no time in conquering
regional markets and then the speciality markets both in
Italy and abroad. At Salumificio 3 Torri the word
"quality" is meant in the widest sense
possible, in line with a concept of global quality that
starts with the choice of raw materials, continues
through the production process and extends all the way to
client service. For us, that concept remains indivisible
from the pure enthusiasm that motivates our strategies
