Ham and Shoulder

The best things in life are often those that keep us waiting the longest.
And patience, in the end, always pays off. That's why real Tuscan Hams, such as the classic Shoulder (on the bone or de-boned), salted according to the oldest of rural traditions, go through long-term maturing in order to bring out their full characteristic fragrance.

Matured Ham

The difference between a "Coscia nazionale 3Torri" and the average matured ham is quickly appreciated.
Obtained from the thighs of Italian-produced swine, cut and peppered with country-craft skill directly at our plant, our hams are, after at least 12 months' maturing, finally ready to express their renowned fragrance to the full.
