Determined to follow in his father's footsteps, in 1966 Pasquale's son, Maggiorello, established the Salumificio 3 Torri, marking the net switch from commercialisation to direct charcuterie production. The small plant was gradually transformed into today's ever-more modern and technologically cutting-edge company - a company, however, that conserves the punctilious attention which was once the hallmark of pig breeding and remains faithful to the antique recipes of Tuscan tradition. |
