The good things of tradition

Tradition cannot be inherited: it must be conquered day after day.
A well-understood rule here at Salumificio 3 Torri, where every achievement is the result of continuous commitment and constant research.
A rule that was also well understood by great-grandfather Pasquale who, at the end of the 19th century, with singular initiative and sincere devotion to the traditions of the Siena countryside, began the commercialisation of swine that was to be the first step towards establishment of the company.

Determined to follow in his father's footsteps, in 1966 Pasquale's son, Maggiorello, established the Salumificio 3 Torri, marking the net switch from commercialisation to direct charcuterie production. The small plant was gradually transformed into today's ever-more modern and technologically cutting-edge company - a company, however, that conserves the punctilious attention which was once the hallmark of pig breeding and remains faithful to the antique recipes of Tuscan tradition.
